Iced Encha Matcha Latte
Try this recipe if you want an iced matcha latte with a stronger matcha flavor and to be able to control the level of sweetness
- 2 tsp of Encha Matcha Latte or Ceremonial Grade
- 2 oz of warm water
- 6 oz of soy milk or your preferred milk
- 1/8 tsp of vanilla extract optional
Add warm water and matcha in a matcha bowl or cup
Then whisk till you no longer see lumps
Mix in the agave and vanilla (optional)
Add matcha mixture, milk, and ice in a glass
For a HOT matcha latte
- heat the milk (in a stove top or microwave)
- then pour it in a cup with the matcha water mixture
- if you want foam use a handheld milk frother
