Iced Hojicha Latte

Equipment

  • handheld milk frother

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tsp of hojicha powder
  • 1/2 tbsp of agave (or your preferred sweetener)
  • 2 oz of water (can be cold)
  • 6 oz of soy milk (or your preferred milk)
  • ice

Instructions
 

  • Add water, hojicha powder, and agave in a glass
  • Use the handheld milk frother to mix the ingredients
  • Add soy and ice

Notes

  • You can also make this with a matcha whisk, blender or a cocktail shaker
  • if you want the layered affect mix hojicha, water, and agave in a separate small cup that has a spout
    • in a the serving glass add soy milk and ice
    • pour hojicha mixture in a steady stream
